Coaching classes scheduled

LSC has scheduled youth coaching classes prior to the Fall 2008 season. Youth Module I & II classes are scheduled on two seperate dates . The dates are August 16 and September 6 at the Big Green Complex Clubhouse. A seperate E license course has been scheduled for Sep. 12-14. All classes are free to Lawton Soccer Club coaches only. These will be the last free coaching classes offered. You must download and print out your own manuals for the class. The manuals can be found by clicking the appropriate link below :

2009 USSF Referee Registration Information

Unlike previous seasons all referees are required to register with the United State Soccer Federation (USSF) and pay their registration fee. The Oklahoma Soccer Association is requesting that all referees use the online registration format to register for 2009. USSF Referee Recertification July 26

A USSF recertification class is taking place on Saturday July 26 from 10 am - 1 pm at the Big Green Soccer Complex clubhouse. All referees who plan on officiating during the 2008-2009 seasonal year must attend this recertification clinic. If you plan on attending the O8 upgrade clinic Aug. 29-31 you are not required to attend the recertification clinic. The recertification class is free to all referees. USSF Referee Certification Classes Scheduled

Referee classes have been scheduled prior to the Fall 2008 soccer season. All referees who wish to referee games for Lawton Soccer Club in the Fall 2008 season must attend a USSF certification course to obtain at least and O9 level certification. For those of you who already have your O9 or O8 badges, you must attend the annual recertification class. Click here for more information on class schedules.

LSC Fields Safety Tips

1. Big Green Speed Limit is 15mph.
2. There is no smoking at or near Lawton United Soccer fields. You will be asked to leave the area.
3. Please be mindful of all children in the area.
4. There is no parking along the chain link fence on the north side of the complex. Parking here endangers children as motorists cannot see pedestrians trying to cross the street.
5. Pets, glass containers, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and profanity will NOT be permitted on the premises.
6. Please park only in designated areas.
7. Help keep our soccer fields clean by picking up after your matches.
8. We appreciate your efforts and consideration in keeping our fields safe and clean for the children.
